Retail Analytics & Growth Optimization Platform
This project involved the design and implementation of a data-driven platform aimed at improving operational efficiency and revenue growth for a retail-focused organization in the European market.
The system was built as a modular analytics architecture integrating multiple data sources, including sales transactions, inventory systems, and customer interaction channels. Data pipelines were developed to process and normalize large volumes of structured and semi-structured data in near real-time.
